'Put a yurt on it'
Planet Yurt is a yurt hire business focused on supplying yurts for short breaks and corporate events.
If looking for a spot of well earned down time, you can either stay at one of our two locations - click here for details - or, we are able to deliver and erect the yurt at a location of your choosing.
At present we offer two 16ft (4.88m) yurts, each offering 200sqft (18.7sqm) of usable floor space. Each yurt is large enough to comfortably sleep a family of 5 or 6, or would suit a workshop with up to 20 participants.
Our yurts are locally made, using steamed English oak for strength and rigidity. The canvas we use for our yurts is of a high quality, and is fire proof, rot proof and water proof. As our yurts are 'off-grid' they are carbon neutral and eco-friendly; a great way to get close to nature without adding to the burden on the environment.
Our yurts can be provided:
- Furnished or unfurnished
- With or without a stove
- With or without flooring
